This Privacy Policy describes how HoneyHub (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile application (“App”).

  • Device and technical information: information such as device model, operating system version, app version, language, IP address, and crash or diagnostic logs.
  • Notification tokens: if you enable push notifications, we may collect a device token so we can deliver app notifications.

1.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

  • We do not collect your precise GPS location.
  • We do not collect your contacts or address book data.
  • We do not directly store full payment card numbers in HoneyHub. If you purchase subscriptions or digital goods, payment processing may be handled by Apple or another platform provider under that provider’s policies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Operate, maintain, and improve HoneyHub
  • Enable core features such as mushroom battle coordination, postcard exchange, listings, account features, rewards, and notifications
  • Respond to support requests, bug reports, and user feedback
  • Personalize and improve the user experience
  • Analyze usage trends and diagnose crashes or technical issues
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, or other harmful activity

6. Children’s Privacy

HoneyHub is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.


7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
